The tables have been turned on a serial fly-tipper who has now found himself dumped in an unwanted place.

Peter James Fitzgerald of Hainton Avenue in Grimsby, who also goes by the name of Peter Bell, was issued with a three-month prison stretch when he appeared before Grimsby Magistrates' Court last month.
Fitzgerald, who was previously arrested for similar offences in 1998, pleaded guilty to four instances of fly-tipping in March 2000, but failed to show up at court for sentencing three months later - prompting the issue of his arrest warrant.
When the offences took place, Fitzgerald was operating his ‘Town and County Skip Hire’ business, charging customers for skip hire and then dumping the contents on a land area he owned in Wood Lane, Bardney.
The court was told of how Fitzgerald repeatedly dumped waste illegally at the site, often burning it there too, without even being in possession of a waste management licence.
