Simpak the Best

Whilst the recent rumours that Tina Turner is to quit music for a career in waste management appear completely unfounded, the news that the new Simpak PP25H portable compacter is now available from Randalls Fabrications Limited, are happily, very true indeed.
The robust, high-efficiency Simpak PP25H is the largest portable compactor in the Randalls range, with a capacity of 25 cubic metres or 32 cubic yards and the ability to process approximately 1.72 cubic metres of waste a minute or 103 cubic metres an hour. This, together with the machine’s low loading height and automatic cycling, makes a significant saving in the operator’s time and effort. The smooth-sided design offers excellent opportunities for the customer’s livery or advertising.
Waste is fed into the machine via a generous charge box which gives ample room for most objects and which can also be fitted with a tippler system. A rear loader is offered as an optional extra. Both the power unit and electrical controls are mounted in an integral side panel, away from vandals and the deposited waste. The stop/start station is vandal-proofed and operated by a simple key switch, so that the machine is made completely safe when the power supply and switch are removed.
PP25H is powered by a heavy-duty 5.5 kW motor exerting a compaction force of 20,000 kg, coupled to a fast-cycling compaction blade. It features a 59 litre oil reservoir, 18 litre/minute pump and pressure-relief switch with warning lights to indicate a blockage or full container. The power unit is rubber-mounted to protect the unit during transit and also to minimize any noise and vibration.
The Simpak PP25H is one of a comprehensive range of Randalls compactors manufactured from premium grade materials, equipped with the most reliable hydraulic and electric components and delivered in an anti-corrosive, high-build, one-coat finish in accordance with EPA. It is supplied complete with approved power inlet connector and up to 5 metres of armoured cable for connection to the local power supply.
